This was my second time that I contacted Sam for consulting in regards to sell my properties, more importantly, this time being my residential property. He evaluated my property and prepared the extensive analysis report and printed in booklet form, presenting market trend and statistics since last 2 years and future projections for coming 6 months. This included all the properties sold in my area with similar specifications. Knowing the facts gave me lot of confidence about the realistic value of my property to list and was easy to make decisions to accept or reject the offer.
